To place an order:

2. In the questons/comment box, be sure to include the brand, style number, your size and/or measurements, and the color.
3. Victoria's Bridal encourages measurements be taken by a bridal professional. Victoria's is not responsible for the fit of the gown or accuracy of measurements not taken by Victoria's.
4. Gowns are not custom made. All gowns will require alterations.
5. Half of the total gown price is due at the time of purchase, the remaining balance is due within 30 days of the gowns arrival to the store. A Victoria's employee will contact you no later than the very next business day to receive payment.
6. Victoria's Bridal is not responsible for any backorders or delays in shipping. All in stock sales and special orders are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, returns, or credits. Victoria's reserves the right to charge a 12% interest on all overdue balances.
7. You will have the option to pick up your gown at our store or have your gown shipped to you. Victoria's welcomes you to make an appointment in one of our spacious bridal suites to try on your gown for the first time. Shipping fees may be applied to gowns shipped directly to you.

Gown orders may be placed online or at our store. We welcome anyone to come visit us at 722 Jefferson St. in Jefferson City, Missouri.

When visiting our shop an appointment is not required. However, if you would like to schedule an appointment and reserve a bridal suite we will be happy to accommadate your Bridal Party.
