Tip #1:
Bridal gowns are sized off a European size chart which often runs smaller than an American size chart. If you are normally a size 8, prepare yourself to wear a size 10 or 12 in bridal gowns.
Tip #2:
Each designer operates off their own size chart, so you may be an 8 in one designer, a 10 in another, and a 12 in yet another. This is why measurements are so critical.

Try on EVERYTHING! You probably already have an idea of what you want your bridal gown to look like. But humor your mom and your best friend when they suggest a gown you wouldn’t have picked out. What could it hurt? 9 times out of 10 brides go with a different style than they were originally set on!
